"Liberty Link" Network enhances the current, Emergency Response inter county network with fabrication and production capabilities

If any event degrades our climate, and we cannot produce food in the traditional manner - the next set of houses will include, by mandate, greenhouses, as part of A foundational national project, to produce food for a National Stockpile.

Filled for the Domestic Stockpile first ,and then released once new production is received, this Post Nuclear Program ,enables a constant international relief effort, when combined with the Liberty Link County of Residence dispersed manufacturing project from exploded blue prints.

This nationwide project concept which can in one 4 to 12 hour period make an entire Town for disaster recovery - or to deconstruct and store it  for use after against high energy event-like a 7.0 earthquake or above in magnitude , Nuclear War , Climate Change , or Impact from Space

This Process makes it easy allowing incredible output to be assembled, like building entire villages in one Four Hour Period and is also envisioned to operate as a Memorial to fallen Veterans, with sites in each of the Nations Counties that can manage to participate, should this be legislated , named for those who died in Federal Service.
